Crews from Looe, Liskeard and Lostwithiel were mobilised for this incident. On arrival crews found two garages well alight which had spread and involved an attached bungalow. Six firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were commited at the incident, two jets and hosereels were in use. The incident was dealt with and crews began scaling down operations at approximately 0015 hours. Crews were delayed a considerable time damping down. All appliances were eventually returned by approximately 0230 hours.
