On receipt of this call, both appliances from St. Austell were mobilised, on arrival at a commercial restaurant, there was a confirmed fire in the fryer which had spread to the extraction system, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used Co2 extinguishers to put out the fire, the positive pressure fan was used to ventilate the premises. Crews were detained for a short period checking over the premise.
