Chimney Fire

One applliance from Camborne attended a chimney fire in Four Lanes. There was concern that the fire had spread into the loft space, therefore a further appliance from Camborne attended. Firefighters wearing two breathing apparatus investigated the loft space, a stirrup pump, rods and one hose reel were used to extinguish the fire. A thorough inspection was carried out using a thermal image camera and it was confirmed that there had been no spread of the fire.
