On receipt of this call, appliances from Redruth and Camborne were mobilised. On arrival at the scene, there was found to be a fire in the ground floor area of a semi detached property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a high pressure hosereel. A fire investigation took place and arson was confirmed. Devon & Cornwall Police were in attendance and further details may be obtained from them.
