A392, East Road, Quintrell Downs at 07/02/2011 22:14
On reports of this incident involving a car and a lorry, one appliance from Newquay was mobilised, on arrival the crew found that approximately 500 litres of diesel had spilled onto the road and also entered the drains, Cornwall Highways also The Environment Agency were requested, crews stood by and made the area safe until there arrival. West Country Ambulance treated one casualty at the scene for the effects of shock. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police, who attended.
