On receipt of this call, two appliances from St. Ives were mobilised, on arrival the crew found that a fire involving a shed had spread into the roof space of three storey terraced property, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel to extinguish the fire, further resources from Camborne also attended. Cornwall Fire & Rescue personnel proceeded to inspect the property using the thermal image camera to ensure the area was safe. Devon & Cornwall Police were in attendance for traffic control. Crews were delayed for a considerable time, returning to home stations by approximately 1730 hours.
