At 15:25 hours Cornwall Fire Control recieved a call from a man who had a leg injury and was stuck at the top of scaffolding. The casualty was on the second flight of scaffolding which was 5 meters high. Crews used two triple extension ladders, two safety at height and confined spaces packs and one general purpose line to assist the casualty off of the scaffold.
