Trelavour Downs, St Dennis at 06/04/2011 21:45
One crew from St Dennis attended Trelavour Downs twice this evening. At 21:42 hrs two small areas of gorse were reported to be on fire. Fire crews used four beaters to extinguish the arson suspected fires.
At 22:16 it was reported the downs were on fire again. Fire crews used three beaters to extinguish an area of 10 sq metres of gorse on fire.
Devon and Cornwall Police have been notified of these arson suspected fires and they are investigating.
