Several calls were received for this incident, one appliance from St. Austell was mobilised, on arrival the fire which involved a quantity of rubbish in a caged area, was extinguished by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus using a high pressure hosereel jet. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed.
