Farm Shed Fire
Harrowbarrow, near Callington at 22/10/2003 18:24
2 appliances from Callington, one appliance from Bere Alston (Devon Fire & Rescue Service) and one appliance from Saltash attended. A single storey shed about 10m by 25m containing bales of straw was alight. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used 2 jets to extinguish the fire. Arson is suspected and the police are now dealing. Crews remained on scene till 2045hrs damping down.
