Carbon Monoxide Incident

At 1726 this evening the Fire Service was called to a carbon monoxide detector actuating in New Windsor Terrace, Falmouth. On arrival the crew from Falmouth Fire Station assisted West Country Ambulance Service to assess a number of occupants for the effects of the colourless and odourless gas. This incident stresses the need to have detection equipment in any home that has appliances that may produce this potentially deadly gas. There are no further details on the condition of the occupants.
