One crew from Torpoint attended a call to silage bales on fire in a field. On crews arrival there was multiple silage bales on fire which were well alight. Crews lowered a light portable pump into an open water source, supplying one jet to extinguish the fires. These fires are suspected to have been started deliberately and incident details have been passed to Devon and Cornwall Police.
