Two appliances from Bodmin attended a fire in a first floor bedroom of a property in Honey Street. Firefighters wearing two breathing apparatus and using one hose reel extinguished the fire and a positive pressure ventilating fan was used to remove smoke from the premises. One male was treated by Ambulance crews for smoke inhalation and slight burns. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately and details have been passed to the Police for further investigation.
