Unidentified Substance In Drum Removed From Beach

Two crews and a Hazardous Materials Officer attended a call to an unidentified chemical drum on Chapel Porth beach. Fire crews used two breathing apparatus and two pairs of gauntlets to place the 20 litre drum of liquid in a overdrum. Safe disposal of the drum has been arranged by the Fire Service.
