Appliances from Wadebridge, Padstow and St. Columb attended this incident, which involved a quantity of bales, wooden pallets and gorse. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two high pressure hosereels at the scene, other Fire & Rescue personnel continued to extinguish the fire using two main jets. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed.
