Bodmin Hospital, Boundary Road, Bodmin at 02/08/2011 21:43
Two fire appliances from Bodmin attended a report of a fire in a room. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hosereel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire by 2205hrs.
The fire crews were detained for a further hour checking that the fire had not spread and damping down.
Following an initial investigation, arson is suspected and the police are now dealing.
