The Fire Service received a call to a kitchen on fire in Henely Crescent, Mount Hawke.
Two appliances from Redruth, one appliance from Camborne and a Wholetime Officer were mobilised to the incident.
The crews arrived to find that the fire was confined to the grill pan and was out on arrival. Crews assisted the occupier in ventilating the property.
