Two appliances attended a fire in a property which caused considerable smoke logging on both floors of the terraced house. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. They then used positive pressure ventilation to clear the house of smoke and also thermal image camera to check for hotspots.
After some investigation the cause of the fire was confirmed as accidental.
