Caravan Fire
Wainhouse Corner Bude at 27/08/2011 12:44
The Fire Service received a call to a caravan on fire on the A39 near Wainhouse Corner.
One appliance from Bude was mobilised to the incident.
On arrival the crews found an abandoned caravan heavily smoked logged and on investigation extinguished a small fire involving a mattress using one hosereel and two breathing apparatus. The police also attended the scene as the fire was suspected arson.
