Two crews from Bodmin attended a call to a flat with the smell of smoke coming from it and its smoke alarms were sounding. On their arrival, Fire Crews forced entry to the premise as the occupant was not at home. Crews removed the pan from the ring and used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke from the premise. Police officers also attended this incident.
