Appliances from Redruth & Camborne attended this incident, on arrival it was found to be a fire in the main fryer. 4 firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were committed at the scene, a hosereel, CO2 & dry powder extinguishers were used to extinguish the fire. Crews were delayed for some time inspecting the property and extraction trunking, with the last appliance returning at approximately 2230 hours.
