Two crews from Liskeard attended a call to a chimney fire. The chimney was well alight and crews fought the fire from the top of the chimney using a triple extension ladder and a hose reel. Using a stirrup pump, rods and a hearth kit the fire was tackled from inside the building. A wood burning stove in the property was removed to allow better access to the chimney. Fire crews also used a thermal imaging camera on this incident.
