Two fire appliances from Penzance attended a report of a smoke alarm sounding in a domestic property.
On arrival the fire crews could see smoke inside the property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus gained entry and found that the smoke was coming from a fire involving electrical wiring, that was quickly dealt with.
The incident was left for electrical engineers to deal with.
