One fire appliance from Penzance attended a fire involving a rubbish bin near to a wooden fence.
A member of the public had used a bucket of water to extinguish the fire before the arrival of the crew. The firefighters inspected to ensure the scene was left safe.
Arson is suspected and the police are now dealing.
