Crews from Torpoint and Saltash attended a fire in an end of terrace property, crews from Torpoint were on scene in 7 minutes and were faced with black smoke issuing from the property, crews tackled the blaze with 4 sets of breathing apparatus and 2 hosereels, 2 dogs were rescued by the Fire Service and a fire investigation is currently taking place to ascertain the cause of the fire. Police were also on scene.
