One appliance from Redruth attended a report of play equipment on fire. Crews found that the rubber matting around the play area had been deliberately ignited. Firefighters used one hose reel and a CO2 extinguisher to put out the fire.
Details have been passed to the Police for further investigation. There are no further details available.
