On receipt of this call, appliances from Helston and Camborne were mobilised also the line rescue tender from Camborne, on arrival at the scene, crews cleared the area for safe access to shaft and to ensure the safe setting up of line rescue equipment, one person was lowered approximately 30 feet into the shaft and successfully recovered a terrier, which was brought to the surface uninjured.
