Barn Fire

Appliances from Delabole and Wadebridge were mobilised to this incident. On arrival it was found to be a barn measuring approximately 20 x 30 metres which involved farm machinery. The fire was extinguished using hosereels with firefighters wearing breathing apparatus also committed. Crews were delayed for some time damping down and removing straw, the final appliance returned at approximately 2300 hours.
