At 2346 on 13th January, West Country Ambulance Service requested the attendance of the Fire Service Co-Responders from Helston Community Fire Station to attend an elderly person with a medical emergency. The Fire Service arrived within a few minutes, however an ambulance was found to be already in attendance and the Fire Service was not required.
