At 1509 this afternoon the Fire Service control room received a call to a house fire in Penmeva view. 2 appliances were mobilised to this incident, one from Mevagissey and one from St Austell. In all a total of 11 personnel attended the incident. 4 breathing apparatus sets and two hosereel jet and one covering jet were used to extinguish the fire. There is no further information available with regards to this incident. Further updates as and when incidents occur.
