Monitored Fire Alarm Alerts Fire Service To a Fire In a Property

Following a report from Cornwall Lifeline of a fire alarm actuating at a residential property, two fire appliances from Wadebridge Community Fire Station attened with a total crew of nine firefighters. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and confirmed that a small fire involving clothing was already out. An ambulance attended for one occupant who was suffering the effects of smoke inhalation. There are no further details available from Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service regarding their condition.
