One appliance from Camborne was mobilised to this incident in which a car was reported to have slid off the road, on arrival, Fire and Rescue personnel proceeded to make the vehicle safe and locate the driver who was in a nearby farmhouse, an ambulance checked the driver over as a precaution.
Due to the adverse weather conditions, Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service are reminding motorists to proceed on their journeys with caution as overnight rain is turning to ice.
