One Fire appliance with five crew and a Rescue tender with six crew attended a call to a multiple vehicle road traffic collision on the A30. The collision involved four vehicles and fire crews used crash rescue equipment to cut free one male casualty. Once the casualty had been released fire crews assisted Ambulance crews and made the vehicles involved safe.
