On receipt of this call, appliances from Camborne and Redruth were mobilised, on arrival the crew found a two storey semi detached property smoke logged, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel at the scene, the fire involved the chimney of an oil fired rayburn. An ambulance was requested to treat a casualty suffering the effects of smoke inhilation and shock. Crews ventilated the premises using the positive pressure fan.
