Two fire appliances from Perranporth Community Fire Station and one fire appliance from Truro Community Fire Station were mobilised to a report of smoke issuing from an electric box inside a house.
Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to confirm that the fire was already out. The incident was left for electrical engineers to deal with.
