Eleven firefighters in two appliances from Camborne attended a call to a kitchen fire. The kitchen fire was on the ground floor of a terraced property. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. One male casualty was treated on scene for smoke inhalation by fire crews before the arrival of Paramedics. Once the fire was out, crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke from the premise. This fire is believed to have started accidentally.
