One crew of six from St Just attended a call to a property where water was entering the property via a door, there was also a back up of water growing behind a garden which was threatening to collapse causing further flooding. Crews used a light portable pump and two sections of hard suction to clear the water away from the properties door and from behind the retaining wall. Once the water around the property had been reduced crews dug a drainage channel from the rear of the property to divert any further which may build up.
