Fire In Engine Room of Yacht

Two fire appliances from Fowey Community Fire Station and one fire appliance from St Austell Community Fire Station attended a report from the Coastguard that the RNLI Fowey Lifeboat was towing in a yacht that had suffered a fire in the engine room.
The fire crews awaited their arrival and then, using a thermal imaging camera, confirmed that the fire on the 37 foot yacht was out and safe.
