Shed Fire
Lower Parc Estate, Gweek at 26/05/2012 11:12
The Fire Service received several calls to sheds on fire at a property in Lower Parc Estate Gweek. Two appliances from Helston and a Wholetime Officer from Falmouth were mobilised.
On arrival the crews found two sheds and an electricity pole involved in fire. The crews extinguished the fire using one hosereel from a hydrant. Western power and British Telecom where contacted regarding the pole which was severely damaged by fire.
Crews are remaining on the scene until the electricity pole is made safe by Western Power.
