Fire Involving Cut Vegetation

One fire appliance from Launceston Community Fire Station attended a fire involving cut vegetation. Firefighters used one hosereel to extinguish the deep-seated fire by 1900hrs. The crew then remained at the scene damping down for a further one hour.
Arson is suspected and Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed.
