Fire In First Floor Flat

One fire appliance from Penzance Community Fire Station and one fire appliance from Helston Community Fire Station attended a report of flames from a window with people still inside a property.
Firefighters, some wearing breathing apparatus, used one hosereel to extinguish a fire in the living room of a first floor flat. Two people were already out of the property but suffering smoke inhalation and oxygen therapy was administered by firefighters until the arrival of ambulance personnel.
