Chip Pan Fire

At 1149 this morning, the Fire Service was called at an address in Delware Road, Gunislake to a report of a kitchen fire. On arrival of two crews from Callington, a small fire involving a chip pan was discovered and extinguished. Crews used breathing apparatus to inspect the roof space and make safe. One elderly occupant was treated by the ambulance services for smoke inhalaltion.
