At 1650 hrs today the Cornwall Fire and Rescue service received a call to a Road Traffic Collision. 1 appliance from Newquay, 1 appliance from Perranporth and the rescue tender from Camborne were all mobilised to this incident, as the call stated there was a person trapped in the vehicle. On arrival the Newquay crew found that there was no persons trapped in the vehicles and proceeded to make the vehicles safe. There is no further information on this incident.
