This evening a call was received to a property which had tiles falling from its roof into a busy street below. Six firefighters from St Ives attended the terraced, three storey property. Fire crews cordoned off the area to prevent any injuries to the public for falling debris. The properties manager arranged for a builder to attend to make the scene safe.
