Two major appliances and a landrover from Camborne and Redruth with a total of 15 firefighters attended a call to a property filled with smoke. On the original call, it was stated that the occupant of the property was not answering the neighbour’s attempts to raise them from the premise. On crew’s arrival they found there had been a small fire in the cooker, fortunately the premise occupant was out of the building at the time of the fire and was safe and well. Crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke from the premise.
