On receipt of this call, stating a fire and persons were in the property, appliances from Wadebridge and Delabole were mobilised, on arrival there was found to be a fire in a first floor flat, measuring six metres by six metres, fortunately all persons were out of the property, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel to extinguish the fire which involved a cooker, firefighters also inspected an adjoining properties roof space with a thermal image camera to ensure its safety. The cause was accidental.
