One appliance from Liskeard was mobilised to this incident where the smoke alarms were sounding. On arrival the crews found that there had been a cooker fire, which was fortunately extinguished. The property was heavily smokelogged and Fire & Rescue personnel used the positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke. One person was treated by Westcountry Ambulance personnel for the effects of smoke inhilation.
