ALL WELCOME AT ST AUSTELL FIRE STATION OPEN DAY ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 10TH

Demonstrations of fire fighting equipment, information on how to become a firefighter and your photograph taken in a fire engine are just some of the attractions on offer at the annual Open Day at St Austell Fire Station on Saturday, August 10th.

The Open Day, which runs from 10 am to 4 pm, will include demonstrations of the wide range of equipment used by Cornwall Fire Brigade, from hoses to fire engines.

Representatives from the the Police, the Coastguard and paramedics from Westcountry Ambulance will also be on hand to give information and advice. .

So why not go along and meet your local firefighters, experience some fun and help the Brigade raise money for the Benevolent Fund.
