Eleven crew from St Austell and Bodmin attended a call to a fire on the first floor of a semi detached property in Bugle. On arrival crews found a fire in an airing cupboard which was extinguished using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel, a covering jet was also used. Once extinguished, crews checked the roof space in the property to ensure that the fire had not spread. Crews ventilated the smoke from the premise. This fire was accidental and it is believed that the fire started due to an electrical fault.
