Fire On Hob

Two fire appliances with eleven firefighters from St Austell attended a call to a small fire in a kitchen involving a cooker hob. Crews used one hose reel and a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher on the accidental fire. Once the fire had been extinguished a positive pressure ventilation fan was used to blow smoke from the premise.
